I served for 5 years as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors and Head of Design. The organization brought together talented High School musicians to perform together outside of school hours, both as a hobby and enrichment to their musical abilities.

The previous website for the organization hadn't been updated in the early 2000's, making it my first and main priority when I joined the Board. Built in Squarespace for easy use by other the members, I wrote the content, designed and organized the pages, and maintained the calendar.
Organization Newsletter
Created and distributed the monthly newsletter through the Squarespace platform. The content of each newsletter had custom graphics designed and was made in collaboration with other members of the Board and alumni of the organization.
Fundraising Mailers
We launched many campaigns over the years to increase funding for the group. This draft for a fundraising mailer was eventually sent to recipients of our mailing list during the pandemic.

30th Anniversary Gala
Our largest accomplishment as a board during my service was holding a fundraising gala at the Atlanta Commerce Club. It featured a silent auction, live music, guest speaker, and a presentation of a custom Service Award to the music Director, Dr. Scott Stewart.
I created a dedicated webpage for attendees to purchase tables, social media promotional graphics, venue signage, presentation deck, and designed the trophy award.
